[size=4][color=black][b]材料挺多的:黄瓜n个,鸡蛋一个,瘦肉丝,木耳,粉皮,香菜,西红柿,大蒜。[/b][/color][/size]

[color=black][size=4][b]1.把黄瓜切成细条状,鸡蛋吊成蛋皮切丝,粉皮木耳都洗净煮好(粉皮不要太烂了,qq的就好,但一定要煮熟)。 煮完粉皮顺便把香菜一烫,都切丝备用哦~~~俺侄女喜欢粉皮·所以俺切的大些,方便她用筷子^-^![/b][/size][size=4][b]肉丝最好是瘦肉丝(俺忘买了,用了点五花,切成片了..—-—!)用少许甜面酱炒了,也有用老抽的,看个人口[/b][/size][size=4][b]味定。西红柿切片,稍微细点。(一拌就成条了)[/b][/size][/color]8F

[size=4][color=black]2.花椒油炼好备用,可千万别糊了!蒜捣好备用,这蒜要捣的好,提前放些盐,找个硬实地儿,使劲捣,不使劲的话捣出来的蒜味道不好,捣好的蒜要看起来稠稠的才好.......(图片是过年的时候拍的,蒜不太好了,捣不烂了,不太好看,但味道还行)蒜放个小碗里,加盐,香醋(我妈喜欢老醋,但我觉得这个菜本身是甜酸口味的用香醋味道更好)糖放一大勺,这菜一定要多加糖和醋才够味!!![/color][/size]I5J jLC'p~p/t

[color=black][size=4]3.最后就是拌了,不要用筷子,戴上一次性手套直接下手—拌!!!花椒油,香油适量就行,看你炒肉放了多少了,[/size][size=4]炒肉的时候放一点油就好,这菜有花椒油和香油才出味的说~~~~~[/size][/color]
