网站主题自定义

实在是闲的无聊，花了4个小时的样子，基于sis原有绿色主题自己做了一个蓝色的主题

简单使用方法
chrome/firefox等现代浏览器，F12，或右键检查，转至Console，执行如下代码(貌似不能嵌入代码。。。我去找个pastebin)
